1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected through this site is FAFIFA. For any privacy matter you can write to contacto@fafifa.com.
2. What data we process and why
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand in aggregate how the site is used (page views, device, source). This data is processed statistically. Google acts as data processor.
- User accounts. If you register to use Career Mode or comment, we process your email address and a username to manage your account and your contributions.
- Sign in with Google. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the basic data of your account (email and name) needed to create or link your profile.
- Content you post. The comments and career data you enter are stored to display them on the site.
3. Cookies
We use our own cookies needed for operation (edition and week preferences, theme, session) and third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings; some features may stop being available.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (analytics and voluntary registration) and on the performance of the service you request when creating an account or posting content.
5. Retention
We keep account data while you keep it active. Analytics data is retained in aggregate per the provider’s settings. You can request the deletion of your account at any time.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers needed to deliver the service (Google, as analytics and sign-in provider), which act in accordance with their own policies.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@fafifa.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the competent supervisory authority.
