About FAFIFA

FAFIFA is an independent site to play EA SPORTS FC better: ratings, potentials, play styles, specialities and — what you won’t find anywhere else — the real community performance in Career Mode.

What you’ll find

• Player profiles with their averages, potential, best position and roles.
• Play style and speciality guides: what each one does and which players have it.
• Teams, leagues and national teams with their squads.
• Tools like the comparator and the progression simulator.

Where the data comes from

Player and team attribute data comes from public EA FC community sources, updated by edition and by week. On top of that we build our own metrics: best position is computed with the position formula over the individual attributes, and growth up to potential is estimated from the rating.

Our own data: the community Career Mode

When people log their Career Mode saves on FAFIFA, we anonymously aggregate how players evolve: the rating they actually reach, the value they hit and how often. It’s information the game and static databases don’t give, computed from each career’s latest snapshot (one career = one vote), trimming outliers.

Methodology and transparency

We always state how many careers back each community average and from how many it’s shown. When a figure is an estimate (for example the market value or the progression), we flag it as such. If you spot an error, write to us.
